Bouzy Rouge is a still red wine from Champagne (AOC Coteaux Champenois), formerly known as vin nature de Champagne. This wine is made exclusively from Bouzy Pinot Noir grapes grown on mid-slope plots with excellent south-facing exposure. It is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats, allowing the fruit to express itself freely.
