Bonnaire champagnes have gained complexity in the last few years and are now purer, more precise, fresh and grippy.

They are very typical of Cramant and the Côte des Blancs.

[On the Côte des Blancs, the family estate in Cramant is now run by the fourth generation. Their 22 hectares of vines, mainly composed of Chardonnay, produce top-quality grapes. Dosages have all been lowered on the range.
